The Romanian Association of Banks (ARB) is a Romanian legal entity, established as a non-profit professional association and carries out its activity in accordance with its statute and Romanian laws.
The organizational structure
The management and administration of the Association is ensured by: the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, the Executive Management and the Censor.
Committees and working groups
At the ARB level, there are several specialized commissions whose main objective is to analyze and propose solutions to solve the specific problems faced by the banking sector.
