The General Meeting The General Meeting - made up of all the founding members and those who joined later, is the supreme governing body of the Association. The RBA General Meeting has the following responsibilities: to elect its Board and approve its organising and functioning regulations; to establish the organisational structure of the Association’s General Secretariat and appoint the Secretary General; to analyse and approve the annual report of the Board and the business plan for the next year; to ratify the results of negotiations and conventions of general interest.
The General Meetings are ordinary and extraordinary: the ordinary ones take place yearly, on the dates established by the Board, while the extraordinary ones whenever it is needed or following the request of one fifth of its members. ^Up The Board
The Board is the decisional and deliberative body that meets at least once a month or when needed and is made up of the representatives of the associates, elected by the General Meeting from among the people that are part of the management of member credit institutions.
A report on the agenda of the Board, the issues tackled upon and the decisions taken is sent, monthly, to all members of the Association, together with the summary of the association’s activity in the respective month.
The Board is made up of 6 members with the following structure: a Chairman, a First Deputy Chairman, three Deputy Chairmen and a Secretary General. Currently, the Board consists of: Chairman Radu Graţian Gheţea Chairman&CEO CEC Bank

The General Secretariat The General Secretariat is governed by a Secretary General appointed by the General Meeting. The General Secretariat has the following responsibilities: to carry out the decisions of the Board; to exercise the responsibilities of the Board in the interval between its meetings, to the limit of its authority; to organize and coordinate the activities of the technical commissions; to perform the material and financial management of the Association; in charge with the correspondence, public relations, document security.
The President of the association or its alternate can mandate the Secretary General to represent the Association before some national and international bodies.
